Birch grove

Birch trees stand in quiet harmony at Gravtjøn, Notodden, an homage to Ansel Adams' iconic aspen grove. Captured near the memorial for the WWII sinking of the ferry Hydro during Operation Gunnerside, this May 2023 image blends inspiration with history and natural beauty.
